Warranty Policy
Our jewellery is designed for everyday elegance, but proper care is essential to maintain its appearance.
Priankah Jewels products may be covered by a [X-day/month] warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to the terms applicable to the product.
Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches
- Accidental breakage
- Bending or physical damage
- Damage caused by perfume, cosmetics or chemicals
- Exposure to chlorine or swimming pools
- Improper storage
- Tarnishing/discolouration caused by environmental or personal factors
- Damage caused by water/moisture beyond the product's intended resistance
- Any modification or repair performed by a third party
Jewellery Care
To keep your jewellery looking beautiful for longer:
DO
- Store jewellery in a dry place.
- Keep pieces separately to avoid scratches.
- Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after use.
- Store in the provided pouch/box.
AVOID
- Perfume directly on jewellery
- Lotions and cosmetics
- Chlorine
- Household chemicals
- Excessive moisture
- Sleeping while wearing jewellery
- Wearing jewellery during swimming or strenuous activities
About “Waterproof” / “Water Resistant”
A product described as waterproof/water-resistant should still be treated with care. Resistance does not mean the jewellery is immune to every chemical, cosmetic or environmental exposure.
This wording is safer and more professional than promising that plating will never fade or tarnish.
