Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

During sales, launches, festive periods or unusually high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within:

Metro cities: 2–5 business days

Other locations: 3–7 business days

Remote areas: 5–10 business days

These are estimated timelines and may vary depending on courier operations, weather, public holidays, strikes, incorrect address information or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.

You will always be able to see the applicable shipping cost before completing payment.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information through the contact details provided at checkout.

Please allow some time for the courier tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect/incomplete address, unavailable recipient or repeated delivery failure, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, delivery is subject to the courier's network and operating conditions.
